The appointment marks an important step in the Group’s continued development. In her new role, Ulrica will lead Wendre Group together with the management team, with a clear focus on strengthening the business, developing our partnerships and building a strong platform for sustainable and profitable growth.

Gisela Hunt will remain CEO of Trading House Scandinavia AB and Chairman of the Board of Wendre Group, ensuring continuity in the Group’s overall direction and long-term development.

The new leadership structure combines continuity with renewed operational focus and reinforces Wendre Group’s ambition to be a strong, innovative and reliable long-term partner. Ulrica moves from a current role as COO/CCO for Wendre Group into this new position as CEO for the group.
